MMM ~ what you love to do
What I love to do the most is to make backgrounds..... here's an atc with a handmade background made with nail varnish. To do this you get a very shallow dish, put a slight bit of water in the bottom, add drops of nail varnish (this will float) and then push the atc onto the water/nail varnish mixture. Allow to dry. You get some fabulous backgrounds and they are always different.

Transparent Art
WS theme this week is to use transparencies in your artwork... This is an atc with a painted and stamped background... with a transparency overlay :-)

is the theme on Think Monday, Think ATC.... I've decided to do moulin rouge dancers.... i've done a few which i've put on my flickr to trade :-)

Altered Postcards
is the theme on SPA which was chosen by the wonderful Sija. Sija is such an inspiration to me and I'm so glad she is hosting this weeks challenge.
First thing you need to do is find a postcard! lol i searched for a while for one before I found these 2 in a local park shop. I used gesso on them around the birds and then painted with acrylics.... easy? no! the gesso kept wiping off with the paint! Think i should have given it a light sanding first! lol

A New Baby Boy ..........
Here's my new baby boy.... isnt he cute? He's 12 weeks old today and we've had him for 2 weeks now. His name is Petrie (pee-tree)
