Chestnuts roasting on an open Fire....

ours is not chestnuts but red cabbage, have spent days cooking it up it seems... 

 and then yesterday, after spending most of the day with my mum who's taken a turn for the worse, me and the girls (yes Miz Lils joined us this year) got down to baking some mince pies.

is she safe with that knife? 

The pie Lily made turned out fab! 

Here's my postcard this week for SPA... I've used my babies so that

 I could turn the postcard into a Chrissy card for Rowan ~ our dog groomer.

Mistletoe and Wine

...... had a productive weekend at Anne's, got 2 christmas kisses and some much needed 'me' time.

Here is a decoration that I made for That's Crafty this week.... really super dooper pleased with it.

Weekend at last

ok so it's only Friday but my weekend will start at around 10am today. I'm off to my mate Anne's for the weekend. Glad for the break, however, yesterday I woke up full of cold and haven't stopped sneezing since! Typical.

here's my card for Dillybeans ~ theme this week is.... non-trad christmas colours. I really like this card but is it too grungy? (is there any such thing?)

 My life is being made difficult by my glasses because one of the arms has come off, I have wonky eyesight and they keep falling off my face. Annoying much!

Day 11 of Creepmas

I hold my hands up high.... I've missed a couple of days of Creepmas... not intentionally it's just time seems to go so fast.

The girls put the tree up on Sunday whilst I wrapped prezzies.

 We did some truffle making

On the 2nd and 3rd day of Creepmas

ooopps.... missed yesterday.... I was out at a fuddle... yes a fuddle. I think it must be a northern English thing? no one knows what a fuddle is... it's just a little party, a get together... everyone brings something to eat and yesterday we had some laughs.... made a few things first as it was at craft club ~ then wait for it! Bingo! I DID win a little stamp set too :-) brilliant. had a fun fun fun day.
