Alice ~ WS

At the moment on Wednesday Stamper the theme is open. I'm using these Alice ATC's for my entry ~ these are the first ATC's that are entirely stamped (i still collaged them though! lol) As alot of people know Alice is one of my very favourite themes to do in ART. These ones are for an Alice swap on Atcs for All forum... it is due on Monday (eeek!) hope they reach their destination on time!

Here's the Christmas card I made for my mum using my two babies dressed in santa outfits... thanks to Donna, who dressed up Myrtle and Petrie for me.

Open theme on SPA

Its open theme this week on SPA as it's such a busy time for us all. I'm using my birthday postcard for my wonderful friend Fatma as my contribution. My daughter Lily drew both Fatma and I in her illustrations, I took the heads from these and added them to different bodies.

Winter Snowflakes

This week on Crazy Amigo's the theme is winter and on Created by Hand the theme is Snowflakes. I made this ATC using Lisas Altered Art images. The snowflakes are part of the background.

SPA ~ CHRISTMAS

We are celebrating Christmas this week on Sunday Postcard Art.

Finally, last night we got our tree up. I love my tree... it is white and fibre-optic so no need for fairy lights. My wonderful friend, Fatma sent me some gorgeous mushrooms to put on the tree... our tree when I was young always had mushrooms on. Huge thanks and hugs to Fatma :-)

The Holly and The Ivy

Happy Birthday Mutti !

It's my mum's 71st birthday today. Here are the cards me, Amber and Lily made for her. It's a bittersweet time for us all as my Dad's birthday is on the same day, and he's no longer with us. When I was a child I thought everyones mum and dad had the birthday on the same date. :-)

Wackadoodle Girls

I've been making some zetti christmas girls for my christmas artwork. I'm calling them Wackadoodle girls... this word cracks me up... picked it up from suede on project runway.

St Nicholas

A friend of mine sent me these santa heads which fit perfectly onto these fairies from Lisas Altered Art. I was going to use them on ATC's but as I made them all and lined them up, it popped into my head 'the usual suspects' so I thought I would use them all on one postcard.

On Saturday, Amber and I went to see New Moon together. I enjoyed the film ~ I haven't read the books, however. Not to be outdone by all the teenagers taking pictures on their phones I decided to join in! Here's Amber and me in the pix.

SPA ~ Let it Snow

Hello Everyone.... it has been a while since I blogged! I went away to help my mate Anne do a craft fair and didn't seem to grab enough time to make my postcard last week.

Here is my offering for 'let it snow' . I used some holographic embossing powder for the snowflakes although you can't see it on the scan. I used the original picture from an Collage Anonymous sheet, but I decided to make the snowman's head a little larger and also to swap the little girl's head with one from Lisas Altered Art.

We did the Monster Mash

I have not been able to make much at all in the past week as my printer isn't working at the mo.... so here's a few pix we took on Halloween... the girls had a few friends over to go Trick or Treating.

We had an Alice in Wonderland (Amber) a Cat (Lily) a very sexy witch (Sarah) and 2 witches in training (Jessica and Emily) oh and how could I forget my little Pumpkin Boy (Petrie)

Twinkle's Animal Hospital

When I was a child I would get a Twinkle annual and Twinkle would always have a hospital ~ for dollies, teddies and sometimes her dog. I am following here lead and I have my own animal hospital! Petrie had an op yesterday and whereas he is ok, he is a little out of sorts with the world. He has a buster collar on which is nearly as big as him and he keeps bumping into things and he can't sniff much as the collar pulls his head right down. Bless him!
