this week on SPA the theme is CANDLES. I am a tad late, too many crazy things to make and do for next weekend. But I have managed to make 2 postcards this week... both using images from The Octopode Factory....

Field of Dreams

On SPA this week, we are remembering with POPPIES. Here is my entry, I've used the poppy image from The Octopode Factory which I layered up on the card, and I've also made a poppy to wear using the same poppy image, but layering it up and spritzed it with glitter.

On a lighter note, here is my little Myrtle (she IS tiny although not as small as Petrie) pretending she is a meerkat. This is her fave past time.

What is Sweet?

On Deep Ocean Challenge the prompt is 'what does sweet mean to you?' Whenever I hear the word sweet, I must admit my mind just pops up with the scene in Dude, where's my car, where the two guys have had tattoo's and one says sweet and one says dude. It's highly amusing.

Gothic Arches

Over on Kris Dickinson's blog she is doing a weekly gothic arch challenge, I haven't made many arches for quite a while and so I thought I would have a go, this week's theme is 'green' and here are my 2 arches! Hope they are ok, as they aren't the traditional gothic arch shape.
