This week's theme on SPA is BLUE MONDAY
Of course, this is referring to the third Monday in January supposedly being the most depressing day of the year.... Where this concept comes from I really don't know... Does anyone else know? Perhaps, it started as a social media trend.
Anyway, I decided to embrace the blue of the prompt rather than the whole depression side of it. I thought I would go with a happy Blue Tit (they always make me smile, when they come to my garden for food)
Let's try and embrace things that make us happy, if we can.
