This week on SPa we are celebrating WOMEN by offering the theme of 1950's PINUPS ... I just adore Gil Elvgren 's photographs from the 40's and 50's .... I've used a couple here for my postcards for this week!

Mandy, it's a fab theme, but you have more than done it justice - love your postcards! DH & I are Elvgren fans too and have about 10 of his gals as mounted prints - found 'em at a car boot sale a few years ago, would you believe?!
I know jealousy is a BAD thing but ... oh my goodness these are absolutely gorgeous and .... yes I admit it, I'm a teeny tiny bit jealous that you made the very best '50s pin ups ever. Bravo.

Yes, those are some majorly awesome photograph's Mandy..I can see why you love them so. I adore the Boston of course, but I do love the other as well...she's one touch chick and is a nice reminder that we can do anything if we put our minds to it!

Oh wow, Mandy, how cool are these?!!! Love how you've used the images and the backgrounds are just perfect for them!! My fave is the bottom one, it's sooo cool with the black and white against that hot background!! Awesome my friend!!
