Polar Bears

 Today, my theme for Sunday Postcard Art is POLAR BEARS

I will admit that this year has been sorely lacking in the creative department.... I have been making things but it's definitely been more stuff to sell... I'm proudly selling my creations in 5 shops around England now... On the downside I get little time to create for pleasure but I solemnly swear 2025 is going to be different! I'm going to join in with postcard themes as much as possible. I miss making collages and journal page.

Bluebird

 This week on Sunday Postcard Art, Anne has chosen the theme of BLUEBIRD

I missed Snow Queen last week as Ive been very ill with a lung infection and pneumonia but I intend to catch up as soon as I feel slightly better. Im on the mend now just tire very easily 🤒

New Year

On reflection, this past year has been a crazy, trying one. Full of tribulations and difficulties. Hopefully, next year will bring some peace and happiness to Octopode Towers

On the First Day of Christmas

 My true love gave to me..... A Partridge in a Pear Tree

I always remember as a child I struggled to remember the words of this song beyond the fifth day! We always seemed to perform it at Infant school 

This week, the theme on SPA is the 12 days of Christmas.... Ive gone with a partridge for this one that I found in a bird book.

So happy to get back to my usual collaging mixed media as opposed to my Christmas conveyor belt lol

Coffee, Tea or Me

This weeks theme is chosen by Sabine and is COFFEE OR TEA

I always start my day with two cups of tea, I like a small to medium size mug. After 2 cups of tea, I can begin my day. Then, I will have a latte or a mocha... I do prefer an iced coffee over a hot one.
