Dot Dot Dot

This week's TAGALONG theme is ..... POLKA DOTS chosen by the inkilicious Carol

I've made two.... the top one is my second one, mainly inspired by someone's comment that I don't 'do' quirky anymore... the doll is one of my 'wackadoo dolls' that I created myself.
