I think Deann's theme on Sunday Postcard Art this week has enormous possibilities.... 'what's on your mantle' is the theme ~ which purports to a Christmas mantle.
However, I've gone the literal route.... I have numerous Mexicana items on my fire (I don't have a mantle) and this includes a mini shrine featuring a Mexican Loteria card 'la Sirena'

ReplyDeleteMandy this is gorgeous I love this colorful and unique mantle ornament that speaks to your fun loving and colorful personality it's perfect. Gee I guess this challenge was too obscure I think I scared everyone off...sorry.
ReplyDeleteYour interpretation of this week's SPA challenge is unique and gorgeous!! Where I am at the moment is only a couple of hours from the Mexican border, so that influence is great here. You have captured that same feeling in this postcard for me! Love all the texture, my friend!
